From Suffolk area:  

Take the 264 East heading toward the Norfolk.  Take exit 7B toward Effingham Street onto VA-141 (Effingham Street).  Go for half a mile. Turn left onto South Street.  Go for 95 feet and turn into parking lot.

From Virginia Beach area:

From the Virginia Beach oceanfront, take the 264 west towards Portsmouth. Use Exit 7 immediately as you come through the tunnel. Follow to the left as you head towards Effingham Street. At Effingham Street, turn right. The church is a gray stone building a few blocks down on your left.
